Picture quality is not very good due to old photo and taken on an old camera.

The North Field (back 40)

The north field was irrigated from the runoff from the rest of the ranch. There was a ditch rider that monitored the irrigation canal to make sure that everyone got their fair share.

The mountain barely visible in the background is Grand Mesa.

Cynde's parents along with her younger brother came out to visit one summer. Her brother and I caught a Collared lizard and I gave it to him. For some reason it did not make a good impression on Cynde's parents. It somehow escaped and he wasn't able to take it back home with him. I think we found it in this back 40 north field.
